🌿 Before You Buy

Plants are living beings, and their health depends greatly on how they are treated once they arrive in your care. We always select the healthiest and best-looking plants for shipping, but a successful plant journey also depends on you!

Here are a few important things to keep in mind:

  • Research: Please make sure to check the care requirements of your chosen plant(s) before ordering. Light, humidity, and watering needs vary greatly between species.

  • Acclimation: Plants may go through an adjustment period after delivery or during seasonal changes. Yellowing leaves or some leaf drop are normal signs of acclimation.

  • Environment: Avoid placing plants near radiators, heaters, or AC units — sudden changes in temperature can cause stress.

🔄 Returns

We offer a 10-day guarantee on all plants, covering serious issues such as pests, diseases, or significant damage beyond normal transit stress.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The plant must still be in its original pot and substrate.

  • It must not have been repotted or otherwise altered.

  • You must contact us at info@plantlovers.eu within 10 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

  • The plant must be returned in its original packaging.

🚚 What counts as normal transit stress?

  • Minor leaf folds or edge damage

  • Small or isolated leaf loss

  • Browning on white areas of variegated leaves (common and often unavoidable)


💶 Refunds & Replacements

We will carefully assess the issue and determine whether the plant received appropriate care before authorizing a return or refund. Refunds and/or replacements are issued at our discretion.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns in inadequate or improvised packaging.

  • The buyer is responsible for securely repacking the plant for return shipping.

  • Refunds are processed in euros, and we cannot compensate for currency exchange losses.
