You can order our plants through the webshop.
If you need a VAT invoice we can provide one after purchase.

Most orders are shipped on the first Monday or Tuesday after your purchase. We do this to avoid the plants being stuck in a warehouse over the weekend.
If temperatures are favourable, we ship Benelux orders until Wednesday as shipping within Benelux only takes1 or 2 days.
We always take into account the temperatures at our end and yours, and consider how strong the plant itself is. When it is too cold or too hot we will postpone shipment until conditions are better.

Our webshop, Plantlovers.eu, is currently focused on selling plants directly to individual customers (B2C). However, our parent company, Kwekerij Dirk Mermans, operates as a nursery and supplies plants to wholesalers throughout Europe.
While we don't have the logistics in place to directly supply retailers, our plants are available through various resellers that we supply, such as Waterdrinker, Nieuwkoop, Gimall, Floreac, Koberg, Grow Design and many others.
We also utilize the logistics services of Royal Flora Holland to deliver our plants to some of our wholesale customers. If you're a reseller interested in purchasing our plants through this platform, you'll need to have a Royal Flora Holland account. Please contact Royal Flora Holland directly for information about becoming a member and using their logistics services.

The shipping cost depends on where we have to send the package and the total value of the order. The shipping cost is calculated upon checkout.

As soon as the shipping label for your order is created, you will receive an automated email with the tracking info.
Your order is usually shipped on the next Monday or Tuesday after you've placed your order.
You will receive a shipping update when your order reaches the first depot of our courier.
No, at the moment we only ship to selected countries within the EU.
Some countries within the EU are excluded because of their distance from our warehouse in Belgium.
The plants would not survive the long transit times.
